About Me
My teaching lives at the meeting point of tradition and lived experience. I am interested in what is real—what can be felt, practiced, and integrated into daily life. Yoga, to me, is not an escape from the body, but a return to it.
My classes balance movement and stillness, steadiness and softness, noise and silence. I invite students to listen closely—to sensation, to breath, to the quiet intelligence of the body—and to build strength and discernment from the inside out. Rather than reaching for something abstract, we work with what is here.
I honor the time-tested teachings and lineages that inform this practice, while teaching in a way that is grounded and relevant to everyday life. What I share is what I am actively exploring and integrating myself. Music and sound often find their way into my classes—simple songs shared during savasana or the healing tones of crystal singing bowls. I remain committed to thoughtful teaching and creating space for an honest and accessible yoga practice.
I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I completed my 200-hour training in 2022 and my 300-hour training in 2025 through Radiant Life Yoga, as well as a Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2024. I continue to deepen my practice through community, study, travel, and ongoing education.
