About Me
My approach to teaching yoga balances tradition and modernity, seriousness and humor, movement and stillness, noise and silence. My style is gentle and compassionate, yet asks for sincerity and commitment. I meet students right where they’re at, encouraging self-empowerment through listening to the body, releasing judgment and expectation, and turning inward to find the guru within.
I honor time-tested wisdom from the teachers, elders, and traditions that have come before me, and yet my teaching is deeply personal—I share what is authentic to me at this point in my journey. I value sweetness, speaking the truth, and alignment with nature, and these values are woven throughout my work. My classes often include musical elements as well—songs shared from the heart during savasana and sound healing with crystal singing bowls.
I am humbled to be in service as a yoga teacher and grateful for the opportunity to hold space for healing, reflection, and prayer.
I am a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). I completed my 200-hour training in 2022 and my 300-hour training in 2025 through Radiant Life Yoga, as well as a Yin Yoga Teacher Training in 2024. I remain committed to deepening my practice through ceremony, community, travel, and continued education.
